Sausage Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages crescent roll dough
- 2 lbs uncooked sausage
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 bunches chopped green onions
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350º.
- 2 unroll crescent roll dough on floured board or counter. press seams together.
- 3 layer dough with uncooked sausage, cheese, and green onions. add black pepper to taste if desired.
- 4 roll dough jelly-roll fashion, pinch seam to seal. chill for 10 to 15 minutes. cut into 1 inch slices.
- 5 place on greased baking sheets and sprinkle each with mozzarella if desired.
- 6 bake at 300º for 30 minutes until sausage is cooked through.
