Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 12 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325°f.
- 2 melt butter in a small pan. put 1 tsp in to each baking cup and swirl to coat the bottom and sides. crack each egg into a buttered cup and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 3 bake for 6 minutes, or until the eggs are almost set. sprinkle on the grated cheese and bake 2-3 more minutes. tip and tilt cup, if egg is set and opaque, it is done. remove eggs from cups with a small spoon and serve.
