- 3 cups water
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 2 cups polenta
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
Recipe
- 1 combine water and stock in a large saucepan; bring to the boil.
- 2 gradually add polenta to the liquid, stirring constantly. reduce heat; simmer, stirring, about 10 minutes or until polenta thickens.
- 3 add milk and cheese; stir until cheese melts.
