Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- speck pepper
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon snipped parsley
- dried herbs
- cheese (optional)
Recipe
- 1 hard cook eggs. then shell.
- 2 in pan, melt butter, add onion. simmer until tender. remove from heat. stir in flour, salt, pepper, worcestershire.
- 3 slowly stir in milk. stir until thickened. add parsley & herbs. cut eggs into slices, quarters, or halves. fold into sauce. heat.
- 4 serve on top of english muffins.
