- 2 ounces goat cheese
- 2 avocados, peeled and seed removed
- 1 roasted poblano chile
- 1 tablespoon cilantro leaf
- 1 tablespoon roasted garlic
- 1 lime, juiced
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 puree all ingredients except salt and pepper in a food processor; taste and add salt and pepper if desired.
- 2 keep refrigerated until serving.
