- 4 large tortillas
- 2 (180 g) cans tuna
- 200 g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 (180 g) can pineapple chunks
- 1 pinch pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 250°c.
- 2 drain tuna, until no water/oil is left.
- 3 place first tortilla on baking pan.
- 4 spread tuna on tortilla.
- 5 add pineapple.
- 6 add pepper to your liking.
- 7 sprinkle with cheese.
- 8 bake in oven until cheese is melted.
- 9 repeat until all tortillas are used.
