Two Cheese Vegetable Sub

Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons butter or 2 teaspoons margarine, softened
- 1 (6 inch) submarine rolls, split in half
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 2 green pepper rings
- 1 slice sargento deli style sliced provolone cheese
- 6 mild banana pepper rings or 6 red bell pepper rings
- 1 slice sargento deli style sliced colby cheese
- 1 thin slice onion, separated into rings
- 1/4 cup alfalfa sprout
- 2 thin slices tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 spread butter on each roll half. sprinkle italian
- 2 seasoning over each. on bottom half, layer the following: bell pepper rings, provolone cheese, banana pepper rings, colby cheese, onion rings, alfalfa sprouts and tomato slices. cover with top half of roll. wrap tightly in foil.
- 3 bake in preheated 350°f oven 15 minutes or until heated through.
