Two Cheese Vegetable Sub

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 teaspoons butter or 2 teaspoons margarine, softened
  • 1 (6 inch) submarine rolls, split in half
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 2 green pepper rings
  • 1 slice sargento deli style sliced provolone cheese
  • 6 mild banana pepper rings or 6 red bell pepper rings
  • 1 slice sargento deli style sliced colby cheese
  • 1 thin slice onion, separated into rings
  • 1/4 cup alfalfa sprout
  • 2 thin slices tomatoes

Recipe

  • 1 spread butter on each roll half. sprinkle italian
  • 2 seasoning over each. on bottom half, layer the following: bell pepper rings, provolone cheese, banana pepper rings, colby cheese, onion rings, alfalfa sprouts and tomato slices. cover with top half of roll. wrap tightly in foil.
  • 3 bake in preheated 350°f oven 15 minutes or until heated through.
