Ingredients
- 1/2 lb blue cheese (or roquefort)
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 lb finely grated old cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients well but do not beat.
- 2 shape in a ball& roll in your choice of nuts.
- 3 refrigerate until serving with a selection of crackers.
