Ingredients

- 1/2 small avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt (unflavored)
- 2 tablespoons small curd cottage cheese or 2 tablespoons silken tofu, mashed
Recipe
- 1 mash the avocado in a small bowl with the yogurt.
- 2 stir in the cottage cheese or tofu.
- 3 not too shabby!
