- 1 (4 ounce) package chevre cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leave
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 pinch sea salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- 2 if made ahead of time and chilled, bring to room temperature before serving.
