- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup frozen berries (measure frozen then thaw)
- 1 cup cream
Recipe
- 1 puree berries.
- 2 with a mixer blend cream cheese, sugar and berry puree.
- 3 in a separate bowl whip the cream.
- 4 fold into berry mixture.
