Mixed Berry Mousse

Ingredients

• 4 ounces cream cheese
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup frozen berries (measure frozen then thaw)
• 1 cup cream

Recipe

• 1 puree berries.
• 2 with a mixer blend cream cheese, sugar and berry puree.
• 3 in a separate bowl whip the cream.
• 4 fold into berry mixture.
