Mozzarella Omelette (egg Whites, Low-cal, Healthy, Breakfast, Fa

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/8 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt (optional)
  • pepper (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together egg whites and skim milk in a medium bowl. add salt or pepper to mixture if desired.
  • 2 pour olive oil onto non-stick skillet and put on medium heat for a few seconds.
  • 3 pour egg mixture into skillet and allow approximately 4 minutes to cook. once the egg mixture is off and there is no liquid in the center, add cheese to the top and allow it to melt.
  • 4 once the cheese is melted, flip one side of the omelette to the other side, and voila!
  • 5 serve with toast, fruit, yogurt, or as-is.
