- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt (optional)
- pepper (optional)
Recipe
- 1 whisk together egg whites and skim milk in a medium bowl. add salt or pepper to mixture if desired.
- 2 pour olive oil onto non-stick skillet and put on medium heat for a few seconds.
- 3 pour egg mixture into skillet and allow approximately 4 minutes to cook. once the egg mixture is off and there is no liquid in the center, add cheese to the top and allow it to melt.
- 4 once the cheese is melted, flip one side of the omelette to the other side, and voila!
- 5 serve with toast, fruit, yogurt, or as-is.
