Ingredients

- 2 fresh mozzarella balls
- 3 tablespoons yoghurt
- 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
- 1 red chile
Recipe
- 1 slice the mozzarella and lay them on a plate. cover with the yoghurt.
- 2 use a vegetable peeler to peel the lemon rind, then chop this finely and add to the mozzarella. squeeze the lemon juice over.
- 3 add the marjoram and the finely chopped chilli.
- 4 serve!
