Mozzarella With Lemon And Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 fresh mozzarella balls
  • 3 tablespoons yoghurt
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
  • 1 red chile

Recipe

  • 1 slice the mozzarella and lay them on a plate. cover with the yoghurt.
  • 2 use a vegetable peeler to peel the lemon rind, then chop this finely and add to the mozzarella. squeeze the lemon juice over.
  • 3 add the marjoram and the finely chopped chilli.
  • 4 serve!
