Over Night Hashbrown Quiche

Total Time: 1 hr 55 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 1/2 lbs brown sugar honey sausage
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb frozen hash browns
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 lb mushroom
  • 14 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 grease 9x14 baking pan.
  • 2 brown hashbrown and place on bottom of pan.
  • 3 cut vegetables to bite size pieces.
  • 4 coat vegetables with olive oil.
  • 5 season with salt and pepper.
  • 6 baking in a roaster at 450 for 30 minutes.
  • 7 drain off any moisture
  • 8 place on hashbrowns
  • 9 brown sausages
  • 10 cut up to bite size pieces and place on vegetables.
  • 11 place in fridge and let sit over night
  • 12 in morning crack 14 eggs and beat wit a mixer.
  • 13 pour over ingredients in pan.
  • 14 bake 1 hour at 350.
  • 15 put cheese on top and bake another 15 minutes.
