Pizza For Breakfast

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 slice prepared pizza (left over)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees f.
  • 2 in an oven-safe skillet (i recommend cast-iron for a great, crispy crust), re-heat pizza for about 10 minutes or until cheese bubbles and the pizza is heated through.
  • 3 set aside.
  • 4 heat olive oil in skillet on medium.
  • 5 fry the egg sunny side up or overeasy, just make sure the yolk is still runny (unless you don't like runny yolks, then whatever).
  • 6 salt the egg to taste.
  • 7 slide the egg on top of your pizza slice, and as you eat it the yolk will run all over the pizza and is just out of this world!
