Pizza

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mild cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 put yeast in water and let activate for about 10 to 15 minutes.
