Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- 2 whisk in flour and cook for about 1 minute.
- 3 whisk in milk gradually until incorporated.
- 4 gradually stir in cheese until melted.
- 5 season with cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
