- 1 (7 ounce) can shoepeg corn, drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, diced

- 1 mix all ingredients together. chill overnight. serve with chips or snack crackers.
