Ingredients

- 1 (11 ounce) can mild pickled jalapeno peppers (whole)
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (7 ounce) can solid tuna (packed in water and drained)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Recipe
- 1 slice whole jalapenos in half; remove seeds, drain and soak in ice water.
- 2 in a bowl combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, tuna, lemon juice and walnuts and mix well. stuff each pepper half with the cream cheese filling.
