Stuffed Jalapenos With Tuna And Walnuts

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mild pickled jalapeno peppers (whole)
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (7 ounce) can solid tuna (packed in water and drained)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 slice whole jalapenos in half; remove seeds, drain and soak in ice water.
  • 2 in a bowl combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, tuna, lemon juice and walnuts and mix well. stuff each pepper half with the cream cheese filling.
