Slimming World Friendly Breakfast Butty Unbelievable!

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 slices bacon (all visible fat removed)
  • 1 whole wheat roll (small)
  • 3 mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice low-fat cheese (the prepackaged slices intended for burgers)
  • 2 lettuce leaves

Recipe

  • 1 heat a non stick pan til its hot hot hot, add bacon and mushrooms and fry until crisp.
  • 2 remove bacon from pan and put to one side, split and toast your wholemeal bun, fry your egg to you liking.
  • 3 put bacon on bottom of toasted bun followed by mushrooms then cheese and finally egg and lettece. marvel at the fact this is diet food! and how on earth am i losing weight eating this.
