Ingredients

- 2 slices bacon (all visible fat removed)
- 1 whole wheat roll (small)
- 3 mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 egg
- 1 slice low-fat cheese (the prepackaged slices intended for burgers)
- 2 lettuce leaves
Recipe
- 1 heat a non stick pan til its hot hot hot, add bacon and mushrooms and fry until crisp.
- 2 remove bacon from pan and put to one side, split and toast your wholemeal bun, fry your egg to you liking.
- 3 put bacon on bottom of toasted bun followed by mushrooms then cheese and finally egg and lettece. marvel at the fact this is diet food! and how on earth am i losing weight eating this.
