Soft And Creamy Cheesecake

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 (20 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • 9 full graham crackers (crushed)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter (melted)

Recipe

  • 1 combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl and stir until well mixed.
  • 2 place mixture in a 9 or 10 inch pie plate and spread evenly to the edges.
  • 3 bake this crust for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 4 then, beat softened cream cheese in a mixer until smooth.
  • 5 then add sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice, mix until completely smooth.
  • 6 empty this mixture into your crust and chill for several hours.
  • 7 top with cherries and serve.
  • 8 please note: do not add the cream cheese mixture to the crust until the crust is completely cool, otherwise it will not set up right.
