Tortilla Pinwheels

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 5 (6 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, defrosted and pressed all water out
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 tablespoon bacon, bites
  • 5 (6 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 (6 ounce) container salmon flavored cream cheese
  • 1 (6 ounce) can salmon, flaked, bones and skin removed
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 5 (6 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened (i use light cream cheese)
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 (7 ounce) can green chilies, diced, rinse and drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar red pimientos, diced, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion

Recipe

  • 1 warm flour tortillas between a cloth towel or two paper towels in the microwave oven until warmed.
  • 2 mix all ingredients in a bowl. spread on the warmed flour tortillas, roll up and cover tightly in plastic wrap.
  • 3 refrigerate for at least 2 hours. unwrap and cut in 1-inch thick slices before serving.
