Tortilla Pinwheels

Ingredients
- 5 (6 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, defrosted and pressed all water out
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 tablespoon bacon, bites
- 5 (6 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 (6 ounce) container salmon flavored cream cheese
- 1 (6 ounce) can salmon, flaked, bones and skin removed
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 5 (6 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened (i use light cream cheese)
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 (7 ounce) can green chilies, diced, rinse and drained
- 1 (4 ounce) jar red pimientos, diced, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
Recipe
- 1 warm flour tortillas between a cloth towel or two paper towels in the microwave oven until warmed.
- 2 mix all ingredients in a bowl. spread on the warmed flour tortillas, roll up and cover tightly in plastic wrap.
- 3 refrigerate for at least 2 hours. unwrap and cut in 1-inch thick slices before serving.
