Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups shredded american cheese (or velveeta)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 (4 ounce) jar chopped pimento pepper
- 5 tablespoons mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 drain the pimentos. pat them dry with a papertowl to make sure pimentos are nice and dry.
- 2 in a medium bowl, mix together cheddar cheese, american cheese, garlic salt, pimentos and mayo.
- 3 refrigerate covered until ready to serve.
