Nacho Ordinary Pizza

Ingredients
- 18 large pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup ultra- low-carb marinara sauce (transforming recipes cookbook, page 169 or any low carb sauce)
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 tablespoons jalapenos (diced)
- 2 tablespoons black olives (sliced)
Recipe
- 1 set oven to broil.
- 2 line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- 3 place two paper towels on a microwave-safe plate.
- 4 arrange pepperoni sliced in a single layer on plate. cover with another paper towel.
- 5 microwave on high for 1 minute. remove from microwave. push down on chips, soaking up excess grease.
- 6 when pepperoni slices are crisp, arrange in a single layer on baking sheet.
- 7 spoon a small dollop of marinara sauce on top of pepperoni slices.
- 8 sprinkle cheese on top of sauce.
- 9 place under broiler for 1-2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
- 10 remove from oven.
- 11 evenly distribute diced jalapeno on top of cheese.
- 12 place one black olive on top of jalapenos.
