Nacho Ordinary Pizza

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 18 large pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup ultra- low-carb marinara sauce (transforming recipes cookbook, page 169 or any low carb sauce)
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons jalapenos (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons black olives (sliced)

Recipe

  • 1 set oven to broil.
  • 2 line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • 3 place two paper towels on a microwave-safe plate.
  • 4 arrange pepperoni sliced in a single layer on plate. cover with another paper towel.
  • 5 microwave on high for 1 minute. remove from microwave. push down on chips, soaking up excess grease.
  • 6 when pepperoni slices are crisp, arrange in a single layer on baking sheet.
  • 7 spoon a small dollop of marinara sauce on top of pepperoni slices.
  • 8 sprinkle cheese on top of sauce.
  • 9 place under broiler for 1-2 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
  • 10 remove from oven.
  • 11 evenly distribute diced jalapeno on top of cheese.
  • 12 place one black olive on top of jalapenos.
