Spinach Pie

Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
• 1 large onion
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 2 eggs
• 4 ounces muenster cheese
• 4 ounces swiss cheese
• 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
• 8 ounces cottage cheese (not real loose)
• pie crust

Recipe

• 1 saute onions inches.
• 2 cook spinach until thawed only.
• 3 drain.
• 4 mix in all other ingredients in bowl well.
• 5 soon into a pie crust.
• 6 sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
• 7 bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
