Spinach Basil Pesto (nut Free)

Total Time: 6 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup basil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
  • 2 keeps for up to 2 weeks in the fridge. it also freezes well.
