Ingredients
- 2 slices turkey bacon
- 1/3 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 1 low-fat tortilla
- fat free cheese
- fresh black pepper
- salt
Recipe
- 1 cook bacon and eggs according to package directions, add salt and black pepper to your eggs if desired.
- 2 layer the bacon and eggs on top of your tortilla
- 3 sprinkle desired amount of cheese over bacon and eggs.
- 4 roll your burrito up and cook on high in the microwave approximately 15 seconds to warm the tortilla and melt the cheese.
- 5 enjoy your burrito!
