Low-fat But Still Delicious Breakfast Burrito

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/3 cup egg beaters egg substitute
  • 1 low-fat tortilla
  • fat free cheese
  • fresh black pepper
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 cook bacon and eggs according to package directions, add salt and black pepper to your eggs if desired.
  • 2 layer the bacon and eggs on top of your tortilla
  • 3 sprinkle desired amount of cheese over bacon and eggs.
  • 4 roll your burrito up and cook on high in the microwave approximately 15 seconds to warm the tortilla and melt the cheese.
  • 5 enjoy your burrito!
