Ingredients
- 16 ounces cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup lemon yogurt (or your favorite flavor)
- 3 -4 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 2 tablespoons flaked coconut, toasted
- fresh fruit
Recipe
- 1 place cottage cheese and yogurt in a blender.
- 2 cover and process until smooth.
- 3 stir in honey and orange peel.
- 4 pour into a serving dish.
- 5 cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
- 6 sprinkle with coconut.
- 7 serve with fruit.
