Pumpkin Dumplings

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup canned solid-pack pumpkin
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • 2 in a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, egg, salt, nutmeg, and baking powder.
  • 3 blend well.
  • 4 add flour.
  • 5 the dough should be soft.

  • 15 transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with the parmesan.
