Spinach Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 200 g butter (room temperature)
- 4 eggs
- 250 g self-rising flour
- 100 g cheese, grated (old)
- 400 g carrots
- 250 g spinach (frozen)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven at 175 c.
- 2 grease short sides cake form with butter, use baking paper to cover the long sides.
- 3 use mixer to mix eggs with butter.
- 4 add self-rising flour and mix.
- 5 add cheese, season with salt and pepper to your likening.
- 6 divide dough in two parts.
- 7 grate carrot and mix with one part.
- 8 push water out of spinach and mix with other part.
- 9 put carrot dough in baking stuff and then spinach dough.
- 10 bake for 1 hour and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
- 11 lift out of caking form and cut into pieces.
