Spinach Carrot Cake

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 200 g butter (room temperature)
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g self-rising flour
  • 100 g cheese, grated (old)
  • 400 g carrots
  • 250 g spinach (frozen)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven at 175 c.
  • 2 grease short sides cake form with butter, use baking paper to cover the long sides.
  • 3 use mixer to mix eggs with butter.
  • 4 add self-rising flour and mix.
  • 5 add cheese, season with salt and pepper to your likening.
  • 6 divide dough in two parts.
  • 7 grate carrot and mix with one part.
  • 8 push water out of spinach and mix with other part.
  • 9 put carrot dough in baking stuff and then spinach dough.
  • 10 bake for 1 hour and leave to rest for 10 minutes.
  • 11 lift out of caking form and cut into pieces.
