Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 9 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach, cooked and drained
- 4 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1/4 lb sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 dash oregano (approx. 1/8 tsp)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix together all ingredients.
- 2 spread in greased 9x13 pan.
- 3 bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
