Ingredients

- 1 (10 ounce) box frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1/2 cup artichoke heart, drained and finely chopped
- 2 medium green onions, chopped
- 2 small garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups fat free sour cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a medium bowl mix all ingredients.
- 2 refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
- 3 or bake in a 350°f oven for 20 minutes.
