Ingredients

- 1 lb braunschweiger sausage
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Recipe
- 1 blend first five ingredients in food processor until smooth.
- 2 spoon into serving bowl.
- 3 sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
- 4 chill in refrigerator.
