Spinach Balls

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, minced fine and sauteed in butter
  • 2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 6 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 1 tablespoon accent seasoning
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2 pepperidge farm herb stuffing
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix everything together in a large bowl, dry stuff into wet stuff. cool after mixing all ingredients. shape into balls. bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
