One Bowl Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 250 g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees. mix flour and baking powder. add cheese and herbs: stir until combined.
- 2 cut in cream cheese until crumbly. stir in milk until dough holds together.
- 3 place dough on lightly floured surface, knead 10 times. pat into 1/2 inch thickness and cut with a 2 inch round cutter, dusted with flour.
- 4 place biscuits on baking sheet, brush each lightly with beaten egg. bake for 12 to 10 minutes until lightly browned. serve warm.
