Ham & Pineapple Pizza Muffins

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 4 english muffins
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 440 g pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 150 g ham, chopped
- 200 g grated mozzarella cheese
Recipe
- 1 split each muffin in half, spread each with the paste, top each muffin with the pineapple, ham then cheese and oregano. place muffins on oven tray in moderate oven for about 15 - 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and pizzas are heated through.
- 2 serve immediately.
