The Basic "cheesecake" Filling - Sugar Free

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup fat free cream cheese
  • 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 4 ounces fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix, any flavour (1 large box or 2 small boxes, one good combo is cheescake flavor and chocolate)
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder, that will enhance (2 scoops)

Recipe

  • 1 mix this altogether well with a hand mixer.
  • 2 enjoy!
