Scd Gluten Free Focaccia

Ingredients
- 4 cups almond meal
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 120 g cheddar cheese, grated
- 6 eggs
- 80 g butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, extra cheese, finely grated
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 190 c (375 f). grease baking tray.
- 2 blend all ingredients (except the extra 2 tbsp of cheese) with a hand held blender.
- 3 spread out on a greased baking tray.
- 4 top with the extra 2 tbsp of grated cheddar cheese.
- 5 bake until the edge browns, about 20 minutes.
- 6 allow to cool and chop into squares.
