Scd Gluten Free Focaccia

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups almond meal
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 120 g cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 eggs
  • 80 g butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, extra cheese, finely grated

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 190 c (375 f). grease baking tray.
  • 2 blend all ingredients (except the extra 2 tbsp of cheese) with a hand held blender.
  • 3 spread out on a greased baking tray.
  • 4 top with the extra 2 tbsp of grated cheddar cheese.
  • 5 bake until the edge browns, about 20 minutes.
  • 6 allow to cool and chop into squares.
