- 1 medium apple, diced
- 1 cup fresh raspberry
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1 cup green grapes or 1 cup red grapes
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup almonds, sliced
Recipe
- 1 in 4 parfait glasses, layer apple, raspberries, cottage cheese, grape and raisins.
- 2 sprinkle with almonds and serve.
