- 3 ounces fat free cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 -2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup safflower oil, corn oil or 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 dash black pepper
Recipe
- 1 beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- 2 blend the remaining ingredients.
- 3 (the dressing can be thinned with small amount of milk, if desired).
