French Cream Cheese Dressing

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 ounces fat free cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 -2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup safflower oil, corn oil or 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 dash black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • 2 blend the remaining ingredients.
  • 3 (the dressing can be thinned with small amount of milk, if desired).
