Hawaiian Omelette

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunk, small
  • 1/2 cup ham, cubed
  • 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • salt, to taste
  • fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 beat together eggs, water, salt and pepper.
  • 2 thinly coat your skillet with vegetable oil spray.
  • 3 heat over medium high.
  • 4 pour egg mixture into pan.
  • 5 when eggs are almost set, sprinkle half of the omelette with remaining ingredients.
  • 6 fold other half of omelette over filling.
  • 7 continue cooking until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
  • 8 cut omelette into 3 wedges and serve.
