Homemade Cloverleaf Honey

Total Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 60 clover blossoms
  • 40 red clover blossoms
  • 3 rose petals (wild)
  • 5 lbs sugar
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon powdered alum

Recipe

  • 1 use fresh blossoms; remove all green stems.
  • 2 wash clover and rose petals throughly in cool running water;
  • 3 drain well.
  • 4 pat dry.
