Homemade Cream Cheese

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 quart fresh milk
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 bring milk and salt very slowly to the boil.
