Lesleigh's Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 15 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped fine
  • 1/8 teaspoon accent seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients within a food processor.
  • 2 shape into a ball; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • 3 roll in crushed pecans.
  • 4 serve with garden or ranch-flavored crackers.
