Lesleigh's Pineapple Cheese Ball

Ingredients

- 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 15 ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1/3 cup pecans, chopped fine
- 1/8 teaspoon accent seasoning
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients within a food processor.
- 2 shape into a ball; wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- 3 roll in crushed pecans.
- 4 serve with garden or ranch-flavored crackers.
