Ingredients
- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion
- 1 (4 ounce) can pimientos
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 pinch dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce, optional
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 process cheese, onion and pimentos in a food processor.
- 2 add other ingredients and stir till mixed well.
- 3 store in a screw-topped jar in the refrigerator.
