Omelet With Flowers

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup fresh edible flower
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (for example parmesan)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Recipe

  • 1 beat eggs add water and flour and make a batter.
  • 2 combine with cheese, flowers, salt and pepper.
  • 3 heat olive oil in a pan.
