Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup fresh edible flower
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup flour
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (for example parmesan)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs add water and flour and make a batter.
- 2 combine with cheese, flowers, salt and pepper.
