Scallion Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallion, and green parts
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Recipe

  • 1 put the cream cheese, scallions, milk and salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade and process until smooth.
  • 2 put in an airtight container into the fridge. in my experience, it keeps well for about a week to 10 days.
