Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup chopped scallion, and green parts
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Recipe
- 1 put the cream cheese, scallions, milk and salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade and process until smooth.
- 2 put in an airtight container into the fridge. in my experience, it keeps well for about a week to 10 days.
