Scalloped Corn

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 large eggs
- 8 ounces cream-style corn
- 8 ounces whole kernel corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 1/2 ounces jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 cups cheese
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in large bowl. combine remaining ingredients together. include liquid from the whole kernel corn.
- 2 spread mixture into a 8 x 10 pan.
- 3 bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
- 4 sprinkle your favorite shredded cheese on top.
- 5 bake 10-15 minutes (knife should come out clean).
