Ingredients
- 2 lbs fresh spinach, washed
- 1 lb fresh kale, washed
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup roquefort cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 1 1/2 cups prepared pesto sauce
Recipe
- 1 mix everything but pesto in a salad bowl.
- 2 top with pesto.
