Spinach Tart

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb spinach, washed and chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon chervil
- 1 teaspoon fennel
- 1 teaspoon spices (recipe calls for powder fine, which i have posted on the site.)
- 1 pie crust
Recipe
- 1 wash spinach and parsley, and chop them well.
- 2 beat eggs in a large bowl, add greens and remaining ingredients, and mix well.
- 3 pour into pie crust and bake at 350°f until firm - about an hour.
