Spinach Tart

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb spinach, washed and chopped
• 1/2 cup parsley
• 6 eggs
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 teaspoon chervil
• 1 teaspoon fennel
• 1 teaspoon spices (recipe calls for powder fine, which i have posted on the site.)
• 1 pie crust

Recipe

• 1 wash spinach and parsley, and chop them well.
• 2 beat eggs in a large bowl, add greens and remaining ingredients, and mix well.
• 3 pour into pie crust and bake at 350°f until firm - about an hour.
